Your journey is yours, including closing it.

From the app

• Open Portadores and tap ⚙️ Ajustes (Settings) at the top.
• Scroll to the end and tap Borrar mi cuenta y mis códigos (Delete my account and my codes).
• Confirm.

Your story, patterns, Best Self, Bridges, invitation codes, and account are deleted right away. If you signed in with Apple, Google, Facebook, or X, your identity in Firebase is deleted too and, with Apple, Portadores’ permission is revoked.

Without the app

Write to mision@portadores.com with the subject “Delete my account.” To confirm it’s you, we’ll ask you to sign in to the app with your account; we delete everything within 15 days and let you know when it’s done. For ages 12 to 17, the parent or guardian who invited them can also ask.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can remove Portadores from Facebook under Settings → Apps and websites. That closes the connection with Facebook; to also delete what you lived in Portadores, follow the steps above.

After deleting

Automatic backups expire on their own within 14 days and server logs within 90. Only usage counts with no person and an irreversible phone fingerprint for invitations remain, as the Privacy notice explains.
